Those blue little sliders!!

So this morning I couldnt help myself and decided to do the Lower body work out with the sliders.
Its going to be a love hate relationship with these things.

This workout was only 25 minutes, but wow it was a doosie. My legs are still shaking.
There was lots of lunges and squats. But when using these little sliders it makes the moves so much harder.  You have to use your core the whole time, actually you have to use your whole body to control what you are doing.
The 25 mins. went by pretty fast and I enjoyed myself the whole time.
Day 2 and loving it!

Day One Align DvD

Ok so Today my Chalean Piyo Dvd system came in the mail, I could not have been happier. Being that it is Friday I didnt want to start the Program today, soI decided to wait unitl Monday. After reading Through the program inserts I decided to watch and do the Align DVD. The Align DVD is really an instructional DVD....HOLY COW! Its was hard. Im not into YOGA OR PILATES. I love punching and jumping and fast pace workouts. I decided to do this system due to my planters Fasciitis. It hurts terribly to put a lot of pressure on it. So after todays workout I am now sore. lol Seriously my legs and arms feel tight. Heres hoping that this Programs Pays off!
